A workshop Painting in Portugal………
During a six days art workshop, various topics are brought up. By looking, using and experimenting different materials and techniques you will learn to capture what you see or experience, working at an outdoor location or in our artstudio in Mendeira in order to arrive at your own style. On request emphasis can be placed on portrait.
In order to be able to personally guide everyone sufficiently, Els is aiming for a group of at maximum 8 participants per workshop. Personal guidance for both beginner, intermediate and advanced students is guaranteed.
One workshop is planned for 2024 from 2 till 7 June.

Included are materials, coffee, tea, soft drinks and a tasteful extensive daily warm lunch. Also included, if applicable, the transfer between “Casal da Macieira” and the “outdoor” drawing and painting locations. Not included: canvases
Lessons can also be given in the art studio “Casal da Macieira” in Mendeira, outside on the terrace, in the garden and/or at nearby locations.
In your spare time it is possible to do some sketching and drawing at your own accommodation, take a walk through the eucalyptus and pine forests, visit a nearby town, take a dip in the river Zezere or enjoy relaxing times in the sun.
On request we organize excursions, Jeep safaris,
sightseeing, walks and boat trips.
